On 2 July 2026, the European Commission adopted a series of delegated decisions covering competition, foreign policy, transport, and health. Under the EU Merger Regulation, it cleared the acquisition of Tages / 21 Invest by Edizione. It also approved financing for a project to reduce ammunition safety risks in Ukraine and authorised an aviation security inspection. In the health domain, several implementing decisions amended or transferred marketing authorisations for human medicines, including Tepkinly (epcoritamab), Zavesca, and Levetiracetam, while a broader set of decisions addressed veterinary medicinal products such as Bravecto, Nobivac NXT vaccines, and Librela.
