On 7 July 2026, the European Commission published a corrigendum (C(2026) 4912 final) correcting the Slovenian language version of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/1221, which amended Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/35 on capital requirements for securitisations held by insurers and reinsurers. The correction replaces the word "osnovnih" with "temeljnih" in Article 1, point 5, which inserts Article 178a(2) into Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/35, affecting the Slovenian term for "underlying exposures." The change is purely linguistic and does not alter the substance of the regulation or any other language version.
