Tiina Siltanen, Vice President of Casino at Veikkaus, has been re-elected as Senior Vice-Chair of the European Casino Association (ECA), the association announced on April 14, 2026. Siltanen, who has over 20 years of experience in the land-based casino industry, will continue to serve on the ECA board, a position she has held since 2021. She is responsible for casino operations at Veikkaus in Finland, leading a team of 160 professionals.

Siltanen's re-election comes as the ECA continues its advocacy for the regulated casino sector in Europe. The association has been active in promoting responsible gaming standards and combating illegal gambling, as outlined in its manifesto and submissions to EU institutions. Siltanen's background includes key roles in developing Casino Cosmopol's poker scene in Sweden and an Executive Development Program at UNLV Las Vegas. Her ambition, she stated, is to promote the professionalism of employees and the industry in a positive light. The ECA represents land-based casinos across Europe, engaging with policymakers on regulatory issues affecting the sector.
