Reflector Consulting, together with VLARIP and Walrip, presents a two-day Summerschool focused on REACH and CLP regulations, with sessions addressing the evolution of SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) to SOC (Substances of Concern) within European chemical legislation, in the context of circularity and sustainability. The program references the REACH restriction introduced in 2023 for Synthetic Polymer Microparticles (SPM) and its transition timelines, and discusses related classification and labeling under the Globally Harmonized System (GHS). The sessions are conducted in English to accommodate a multilingual audience and include a corporate subscription option enabling one company representative to attend all workshops. The workshop is organized with essenscia and will be held physically in Antwerp at the Double Tree by Hilton, as in the previous year. A note mentions a new European Commission and new national governments bringing new policy priorities, with emphasis on simplification and competitiveness for product policy and the circular economy. The focus remains on REACH and CLP, while exploring international conventions and compliance considerations.
