The Permanent Representatives Committee (Part 2) of the Council of the European Union will hold a meeting on 15 July 2026 at 09:00 in Brussels, with a revised provisional agenda that adds a discussion on Ukraine territorial integrity restrictive measures and removes two items. The new discussion item, under Foreign Affairs, is a possible review of Ukraine territorial integrity restrictive measures, including an exchange of views. The two removed items, both non-discussion items, were an information note on attendance of third parties at PSC and External Action Working Parties meetings from 1 January to 30 June 2026, and a decision to authorise the signing of a Joint Statement on an Enhanced Partnership between the EU and the Republic of the Philippines via written procedure. The revised agenda indicates that the Committee will now focus on Ukraine sanctions, while dropping the previously planned items on third-party attendance and the Philippines partnership statement. The meeting is scheduled for 15 July 2026, and the agenda revision was published on 13 July 2026.
