"Whistleblowing Procedure in June 2024 for BASF Polska Sp. z o.o., BASF Coatings Services Sp. z o.o., and Chemetall Polska Sp. z o.o., sets out rules for reporting information about breaches of law, including suspected breaches, and details consequences for retaliatory actions. The procedure is based on articles 24 and 25 and covers internal reporting channels, confidentiality, duties to cooperate, and the prohibition of destruction of evidence. It also describes monitoring by the Compliance Officer, consultation, and final provisions; the procedure becomes effective seven days after publication, following internal consultations."
