The European Union has opened applications for the 10th edition of the Tailored Onsite Knowledge and Analytical Skills Programme on European Integration for Ukrainian central public administration officials, according to a press release from the EU Delegation to Ukraine dated 11 June 2026. The programme, funded under the Natolin4Capacity Building Phase II project, will run from 14 September to 23 October 2026 at the College of Europe in Natolin, Warsaw, Poland, focusing on Cluster 1 – 'Fundamentals of the EU accession negotiation process'.

The six-week programme aims to equip participants with knowledge and skills to support Ukraine's EU accession process, including implementation of the National Programme for the Adoption of the EU Acquis (NPAA). Each participant will prepare an analytical paper on EU acquis implementation relevant to their work.

Eligible applicants are employees of central public administration bodies actively engaged in European integration, with preference for members of negotiation working groups. They must have English proficiency at B2 level and commit to the full programme. The application period runs from 10 June 2026 at 11:00 Kyiv time to 1 July 2026 at 23:59 Kyiv time.

The Natolin4Capacity Building Phase II project is implemented by the College of Europe in Natolin and the High School of Public Governance, in cooperation with the Government Office for Coordination of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration and the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service, with support of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine. The project also includes a Training of Trainers module, customised e-learning courses, onsite training in Kyiv, and expert-led webinars.
