“Thank you, chair. And thank you. Uh, the rapporteur We listened with interest to the statements, and we see that you are converging towards agreeing on on the amendments. The majority of the amendments we we find very good. They support, to a great extent what we think on the circularity. Of course, we need definitions. We need to strengthen market surveillance, but also with the market surveillance regulation, of course, which is not there on the left. Uh, strictly speaking, uh, we need to, uh, to take, uh, take into account the DPP that has already been agreed for a number of legislations and to also introduce it for the other pieces and, and create the model with the NLF. So we agree very much with that. And then, um, the repairability, um, we need we need the definitions clearly in order to do it. And then we will look into as well. What kind of information is needed for the for the repairers to know in order to repair? Of course, it's a bit of a delicate situation because no business wants to give away their secrets, but something will be needed for sure. So in general, we will come very much the conclusion of the own initiative report, and we will surely take it into account when we revise the NLF in the near future. Thank you.”
