“Thank you very much. Co-chairs and thanks. Thank you very much for to the Co-rapporteurs, so many of both Co-rapporteurs and many of the honourable members mentioned the issue of, of inspection of, of of risks of, of misuse. So just I would just like to add that the declaration should also improve the monitoring of compliance with the posting rules. We will we should get increased visibility and accessibility. Higher compliance by employers should be should be expected. And this will also help the Member States competent authorities to within their ability to carry out inspections and based themselves on more comprehensive data for for risk assessment. So we have the. I mean this the internal market mechanism, the IMI is information system is already used for administrative cooperation between the member states. So now with adding the public interface, that should really help also inspection authorities and the member States to be able to directly contact and have a dialogue between member states when there are issues. Um, so so this would be an effect of, of, uh, an indirect effect if you want. And this is based on the fact that member states who so wish can import declared data into their existing national IT systems so that there are at immediate disposal of foreign enforcement authorities. And many of you mentioned this issue of inspection. So we we see this for the member States that participate as a real possibility to strengthen inspection and to develop inspection. And we're working very closely in DG employment with the inspection authorities within the Senior Labour Inspectors Committee in order to strengthen their capacity on AI and data. And this will help a lot. So so I think in conclusion, posted workers will benefit from from the increased transparency, including from the possibility to receive information of the declaration. And I think so both workers and employers will gain from from this proposal. Thank you very much. And thanks again to the Co-rapporteurs for their work.”
