Unfortunately, due to a lack of rule of law in Poland Uh, during a previous governments, Poland couldn't, uh, use the funds. Uh, thanks to, uh, the change in government, the funds were finally disbursed and now, uh, are being received by, uh, beneficiaries, but two years later than another member states. So, uh, now Poland can use the funds until the end of 26, which is good news. The union is not an imagined, uh, community, as the opposition says. Uh.”
