Score 0–20 Statement explicitly promotes focusing on “individual autonomy and rights as the primary lens for social policy”. OR, statement uses emotional language or criticism to highlight the risks of privileging family structures (e.g. exclusion, inequality, outdated norms).
Score 21–40 Proposal subtly, discretely or indirectly favours “individual-based welfare approaches” and does not use emotional language. May focus on universal access without reference to family roles.
