The corrigendum, adopted as Commission Decision C(2026)5552, amends the Danish language version of Regulation (EU) 2021/341, which itself amended several ecodesign regulations covering servers and data storage products, electric motors, refrigeration appliances, light sources, electronic displays, household dishwashers, washing machines, and direct-sale refrigeration appliances. The four corrections are limited to terminology: for servers and data storage products, the phrase "Mulighed for demontering af serveren/datalagringsproduktet" is changed to "Mulighed for adskillelse af serveren/datalagringsproduktet" (possibility of separation). For electronic displays, the heading "Design vedrørende adskillelse, genanvendelse og nyttiggørelse" is corrected to "Design vedrørende demontering, genanvendelse og nyttiggørelse" (design for disassembly, recycling and recovery), and in two sub-points, "adskillelse" is replaced with "demontering" in requirements for providing disassembly information on a freely accessible website.
The corrigendum has no substantive impact on the regulatory obligations for manufacturers, importers, or authorised representatives, as it only rectifies translation errors. The affected products remain subject to the same ecodesign requirements as before. The correction is expected to improve clarity for Danish-speaking stakeholders, reducing potential misinterpretation of the disassembly and separation requirements. No further institutional follow-up is required, as the corrigendum is a technical correction to an existing regulation.
