A corrigendum to Council Decision (EU) 2025/2655, published on 23 December 2025, corrects a single-word error in the Romanian language version of the Final Act of the diplomatic conference that adopted the Convention Establishing the International Claims Commission for Ukraine. The word "faptelor" (facts) is replaced with "actelor" (acts) in the fifth paragraph of the Final Act.

The original decision, adopted by the Council on 16 December 2025, authorised the signing on behalf of the European Union of the convention, which establishes an international mechanism to process claims related to damages caused by Russia's war in Ukraine. The corrigendum, published in the Official Journal of the European Union L series, does not alter the substance of the decision or the convention itself.

Member States have eight days from publication to submit observations on the correction to the Council's Legal Service. The correction ensures linguistic consistency in the Romanian version of the legal text.
