The Council of the European Union issued a corrigendum on 13 July 2026 correcting an obvious typographical error in the Slovak language version of the title of Regulation (EU) 2023/657, which lays down rules for the exercise of the Union’s rights in implementing and enforcing the Withdrawal Agreement and the Trade and Cooperation Agreement with the United Kingdom. The error, which appeared on page 1 of the original text, incorrectly printed "DEurópskou úniou" instead of the correct "Európskou úniou". The corrigendum, published under document number 11325/26, applies procedure 2(b) for obvious errors in a single language version and has been transmitted to the European Parliament. Member States have eight days to submit observations to the Council's Directorate Quality of Legislation. The correction is a minor typographical fix with no substantive change to the regulation.
